Program events
Programmed events will occur on Wednesdays, one per month from 12-1. GRAB meetings will not take place unless they are specifically called. Executive meetings can be done online (through facebook or new TAMU group work site) Program seminars should be videotaped and posted online—Debbie suggested having this done so the area cohorts would have access to program info
GSC Meetings
Donna suggested having a sign up sheet so different GRAB members can attend. The meetings take place on the first and third Tuesdays in the evening.
Discussion of programming options/ideas for seminars/brownbags
- WED-September 24, 12-1pm—EAHR student/staff/faculty ‘meet and greet’GRAB will purchase the main dishes and drinks; ask attendees to bring a side dish—Ask Mary in the office how she set up the most recent potluck (Mary has been emailed as of 9/10/08)
- WED-October 15, 12-1pm—Academic Writing/APA seminar with Writing Center Rep.—Lonnie will contact writing center.
- WED-November 19, 12-1pm—Panel on Tenure Process—invite faculty and administration
- WED-December 5, 12-1pm—Holiday party—Dr. Rolle’s house
