Caroline Wekullo

Caroline Wekullo is a Second-Year Doctorate student in higher education administration, at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.  She holds a Master’s degree in Economics of Education and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya. Her thesis topic was on “The Assessment of Income Generating Potential of Academic Schools in Public Universities in Kenya. A case of Moi University.” Caroline’s research interests center on Policy Issues in Financing of Higher, Informal and Adult Education, Investment in human capital development, and Resources Mobilization in Organizations. She has presented at various research conferences and published. She has helped in organizing and has attended conferences both local and international. She is a graduate assistant and Managing Editor for Review of Higher Education. In 2015/2016 academic year, Caroline served as a higher education liaison on Graduate Representative Advisory Board.
